You can be experienced, articulate, and respected in your work, and still notice your body react when speaking matters.
Not because you’re unprepared. Not because you lack confidence.
But because speaking activates protective responses that don’t switch off just because you know what you’re doing.
The Steady Speaker Circle is a quiet, ongoing space to stay close to this work, gently, consistently, and without turning it into another thing to “fix”.
WHAT IS THE STEADY SPEAKER CIRCLE?
The Steady Speaker Circle is a free Telegram channel where I share:
- Short voice notes
- Gentle prompts
- Occasional practices and reflections
You’ll hear from me a few times a week. Everything is optional. You can listen, pause, skip, or come and go as needed. It's not a course or program - it's just a space to stay connected.
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?
Most speaking advice concerns itself with what goes on in your head. This work starts in your body. Inside the Circle, the focus is not on performing better or pushing through nerves, but on building steadiness over time through awareness, repetition, and safety.
No exposure. No forced speaking. No “just be confident” energy. Just practices and reminders you can return to again and again.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
To keep expectations clear, the Circle is not:
- A coaching container
- A challenge you need to keep up with
- A place where you’re expected to share or participate
It’s intentionally low-pressure.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Hosted on Telegram
- You’ll receive 2–3 short voice notes or prompts per week
- Listen anytime, at your own pace
- Notifications are fully optional
You stay in control of how much you engage.
The Circle exists to support steadiness through repetition, not intensity.
To offer a place you can return to when speaking is part of your life, but not something you want to make heavy.
